JOB DETAILS
• Salary: $24.25 per hour
• Hours: 37.5–44 hours per week
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Work Setting: On-site only
• Start Date: As soon as possible

OVERVIEW
• Language Required: English
• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
• Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
• Work Setting: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Process files and paperwork

·         Provide customer service

·         Provide information on available materials

·         Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports and records

·         Resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers

·         Set up and maintain an inventory control system

·         Compile inventory reports

·         Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks

·         Prepare inventory costs, retail pricing and profit reports

·         Record the quantity, type and value of stock on hand using a computerized or manual inventory system

·         Unpack goods received

·         Verify receipts and packing slips

REQUIREMENTS
