Position Info:

·         Position: Senior Accountant

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Salary: $98,304/year

·         Working Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·         Manage personal banking needs and ensure timely payment and reconciliation of credit cards and other bills monthly

·         Manage and process invoices, personal expense reports, cheque requisitions

·         Oversee and manage costs relating to projects and household budgets

·         Maintain thorough recordkeeping through organized filing systems of paper and electronic documents

·         Prepare budget summaries for the Owners

·         Enroll household employees into the benefits program, and manage employee updates and changes

·         Process extended health, dental, and vision benefit reimbursements for Owners and their families

·         Process payroll for household personnel of the family

·         Prepare personal tax returns, property tax declarations, and other compliance requirements for the Owners

·         Coordinate schedules with Owners to ensure timely signatures and documentation of vacation and absences from the office

·         Liaise with finance experts, accountants, and legal teams on behalf of the Owners

·         Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality

·         Assist the Owners with philanthropic contributions, charitable and community outreach, and donations

·         Prepare correspondence, letters, documents, and employment contracts for household employees in accordance with standards

·         Oversee administrative tasks related to the Owners’ needs

·         Ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 3-5 years of related experience is required.

·         Education: Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field is required.
