Position: waiter/waitress

Location: 309 Jarvis Street. Whitehorse, YT. Y1A 2H3

Work location: On site; Work must be completed at the physical location.There is no option to work remotely.

Salary: 22.00 hourly / 40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment; Full time

Starts as soon as possible

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Will train

Responsibilities:
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables
Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debitcards
Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Advise on menu selections
Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
Serve food and beverages
Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
Assist clients/guests with special needs
Provide customer service
