**Salary:** $49.92 per hour
**Hours:** 30 hours per week
**Terms of Employment:** Full-time, Term or Contract
**Schedule:** Day Shift
**Start Date:** As soon as possible

**Languages**

* English or French

**Education**

* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
* Or equivalent experience

**Experience**

* 2 years to less than 3 years in a related field

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
* Direct and coordinate the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
* Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate maintenance staff.
* Plan and manage facility operations and maintenance budgets.
* Organize and oversee administrative services including maintenance, cleaning, signage, parking, security, safety inspections, and snow removal.
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
* Monitor facility operations and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and service quality.
