Job duties:

·       Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt-saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel;

·       Install roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings;

·       Repair or replace single-ply roofing systems;

·       Estimate costs and materials;

·       Repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs of buildings;

·       Repair roofing systems;

·       Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tool;

·       Must feel comfortable using spreadsheets, tablets and phones;

·       Good verbal and written communication skills;

·       Teamwork skills;

Terms of employment: Permanent full time.

Language of work- English

Wages- $ 42 per hour for 40 hours per week + Profit Share bonus

Location(s) of work: Various locations in BC

Education: Completion of secondary school;

Work Experience: As this is a senior roofer position 2 years experience as a roofer is preferred; and a minimum of 1 year experience is required
