Now Hiring: Full-Time, Permanent:  Food Counter Attendant – Lead Supervisor
BOOMburger Charlottetown

Are you friendly, reliable, and love working with people? We’re looking for a Food Counter Attendant – Lead Supervisor to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers  and take orders with a smile
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
Prepare and serve food items
Keep counters and dining areas clean and organized
Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service

Assist Manager on Duty in the daily operations of the business.
Communicate with Manager on Duty on days strengths and/or challenges for the day.
Monitor staffing, equipment, products, etc.
Mentor the crew and supervisors, by giving guidance, direction and constructive feedback.
Reiterate the importance of maintaining BOOMburger values, procedures and systems.
Ensuring checklists, and forms are being filled in and completed properly.
Delegate tasks and ensure completion.
Quality Control: food, equipment, facilities, etc.
