Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $28.00 ~ $35.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 3-1805 Rosser Avenue, Burnaby, BC V5C 6R4

Job Duties:

·         Supervise and coordinate staff activities

·         Plan, manage and evaluate the operation of a restaurant and food service

·         Establish staff work schedules and manage staff performance

·         Determine and develop customer service, and implement operational procedures

·         Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·         Resolve customer’s complaints and concerns

·         Manage inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust procedures and prices

·         Recruit and train staff, and oversee staff training

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
