Position Info:

·         Position: Financial Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $56.85~$58.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 284 Dundas Street, London, ON N6B 1T6

Job Duties:

·         Optimize financial operations and budget activities to drive organizational performance

·         Lead departmental staff and daily operations to ensure peak productivity

·         Mitigate risk by identifying, investigating, and resolving compliance issues

·         Govern budgets and expenditures through rigorous planning and oversight

·         Implement standardized policies and procedures to streamline internal workflows

·         Manage strategic investment portfolios to maximize long-term financial growth

·         Audit financial control systems to maintain data integrity and asset security

·         Advise senior leadership using high-level analysis of financial data and trends

·         Reconcile complex accounts using computerized systems to ensure audit-ready records

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, commerce or a related field is required

·         Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting, financial planning and/or analysis are required
