Position Info:

·         Position: Beauty Shop Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.55-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: Unit 102-4501 North Rd, Burnaby, BC V3N 4R7

Job Duties:

·         Lead daily salon operations to ensure a seamless workflow and high client satisfaction

·         Analyze shop performance and sales to drive growth and efficiency

·         Manage budgets and inventory levels to maximize profitability

·         Provide expert hairstyling, coloring, and chemical services to clients

·         Standardize salon policies and safety protocols to maintain consistency

·         Demonstrate leadership by working on the floor alongside the team

·         Recruit and train styling staff to build a high-performance team

·         Settle client disputes to maintain the salon’s reputation and retention

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a hairstylist including supervisory experience is required
