Overview

Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $34.62~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 1696 Douglas Street, Victoria, BC V8W 2G6

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Recruit, train, and oversee team members

·         Establish and determine the strategies of services and implement operational procedures

·         Plan, organize, control, and evaluate the operations of a restaurant service

·         Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

·         Control and monitor revenues and adapt procedures and prices

·         Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies

·         Manage and evaluate employee performance

 

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
