Salary: $44 Per Hour

As our Masonry Site Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate masonry crews on construction projects throughout British Columbia. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and WorkSafeBC requirements.
THE ROLE:
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of masonry workers
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and company standards
Enforce health and safety regulations in compliance with WorkSafeBC
Conduct daily site inspections, safety meetings, and toolbox talks
Monitor quality of workmanship, productivity, and project timelines
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers
Plan material requirements and assist with site logistics
Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
• Bricklaying Trade certification is required
• At least 2-3 years’ experience as a Masonry supervisor
• 5+ years as bricklayer
• Physically fit with an ability to lift in excess of 50lbs
• Full Driver’s License.
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions both in the winter and summer months.
