Overview

A busy professional family in Calgary is looking for a caregiver for two children who will also perform housekeeping and domestic duties such as meal preparation, laundry, light cleaning, and helping with the children’s routines before and after school. Permanent and full-time employment. 38 hours, 5 days per week. Hours: 1st shift from 7:00 am to 10:00 am and 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Salary: 19$/h. Two days off: usually Saturday and Sunday, but flexibility is required depending on the employer’s shifts. Option to stay with the employer at no additional cost. The caregiver may have to take care of the house and care for the children in the absence of the parents. Languages: French or English.

Educational level required: General High school diploma – Completed.
Experience related to employment: 1-2 years of experience with children or equivalence, such as nursing, childcare studies, or similar experience.
Other conditions: Punctuality, reliability, judgment, sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and experience with children.
