Salary: 32.50$/hour

Description

Here are the skills we are looking for:

 

–         Necessary experience: High school diploma or equivalent

–         Professional experience: 1 to 2 years experience

–         Spoken language: English

–         Written language: English

Tasks :

–         Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables or study sample parts to determine machining operation to be performed and plan best sequence of operations.

–         Compute dimensions and tolerance and measure and lay out work pieces.

–         Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.

–         Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.

–         Set up and program machine tools for use by machining tool operators.

–         Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.

–         Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.

–         Prepare a test run to check it the machines produce outputs according to the specifications.

–         Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts.

–        Fit an assemble machined metal parts and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
