TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT–

On site work: Location 1609 Douglas Street , Victoria BC V8W 2G5
Salary: 27.75 hourly
Work schedule: Full time 32 to 35 hours per week,
Shift availability requirement: Early morning, Evening, varying Shifts, Morning, Night, Day, Weekend
Empoyment duration: Permanent employment
Posititon start date: as soon as possible

Minimum Eduation required: College education
Minimum experience requirement: minimum 2 years to less than 3 years in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
Skills required: Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills, reliablility, ability to multi-task in a fast paced enviroment,  team player, managing efficiently & effectively to help foster positive behaviour & performance at work,

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES–

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
Monitor staff performance
Recruit staff
Set staff work schedules
Train and supervise staff & conduct performance reviews
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Organize and maintain inventory
Monitor revenues to determine labour costs.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate with clients for catering
Participate in marketing plans and implementation of strategies to increase brand awareness and restaurant revenue.
Provide Customer service when required & ensure Customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve operational challenges and any issues among staff and handle any customer complaints/issues.
