Position Info:

  • Position: Administrative Assistant
  • Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage: $34.62-$36.00/hour (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
  • Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, letters, other documentation
  • Set up and maintain both physical and digital filing systems
  • Organize and categorize the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and documents for efficient information management
  • Create and implement standardized office procedures
  • Address electronic inquiries, redirect phone calls, and relay messages as appropriate
  • Keep track of inventory levels and order office supplies as necessary

 

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 1~2 years of related work experience is required
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required
  • Language: English
