Position Info:
- Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $27.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of sales staff
- Assign tasks and establish work schedules for staff
- Monitor sales performance and prepare related reports
- Maintain inventory and place merchandise orders to prevent supply shortage
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Perform supervisory responsibilities such as opening and closing the store, and assist in developing marketing strategies when needed
- Hire and train new staff and conduct employees’ performance review
Job requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or cashier experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
