Overview

Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.50 ~ $38.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: 115-1199 Lynn Valley Road, North Vancouver, BC V7J 3H1

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Supervise and coordinate staff activities

·         Plan, manage and evaluate the overall performance of daily restaurant operations

·         Establish staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, and conduct performance reviews

·         Establish and implement customer service standards and operational procedures

·         Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

·         Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns

·         Manage inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust procedures and prices as needed

·         Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial forms

·         Recruit and train staff, overseeing ongoing staff development

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
