Position Info:

·         Position: Cleaning Service Manager

·         Wage: $37.51/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·         Coordinate daily staff schedules and project workflows to ensure maximum operational efficiency.

·         Direct all business operations to guarantee high-quality service delivery for residential and commercial clients.

·         Inspect completed job sites regularly to verify that cleaning results meet professional company standards.

·         Recruit and supervise team members, providing hands-on training for equipment use and cleaning techniques.

·         Negotiate service contracts and lead marketing efforts to expand the local client base.

·         Address customer feedback and resolve service discrepancies promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

·         Establish clear workplace policies and safety protocols to ensure staff consistency and site security.

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
