Job Description:

·       Prepare and cook foods on the menu

·       Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality

·       Monitor and keep track of food stock and kitchen supplies

·       Maintain work area clean and neat

·       Estimate food cost and requirements

·       Train other kitchen staff

 

Job Requirement:

–        Completion of secondary school required.

–        Min. 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience required.

Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent

Wage: $17.00 per hour

Benefit:  5.77 % of salary as vacation pay
