Position Info:

·         Position: Beauty Shop Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $38.50/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Work Location: 1625 Robson St, Vancouver, BC V6G 1C8

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Implement and enforce workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards, along with staff conduct guidelines to maintain industry compliance

·         Schedule therapist work shifts, manage daily appointment schedules, and allocate treatment rooms to ensure optimal salon capacity and customer flow

·         Manage operational budgets, control inventory levels for professional spa skincare products and supplies, and handle vendor purchasing

·         Recruit, onboard, and train aestheticians and spa therapists on operational standards, hygiene guidelines, and client care procedures while supervising daily performance

·         Regularly evaluate daily business performance and service standards to identify operational efficiency and service improvements

·         Oversee and direct daily spa operations to maintain high service quality, hygiene standards, and smooth workflow across facial, body scrub, and massage departments

·         Handle client feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain salon reputation

·         Coordinate and manage advertising contracts and marketing strategies to promote spa packages and attract new clients

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 3–5 years of supervisory experience in the beauty, spa, or personal care industry is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
