Responsibilities
Tasks
Sweep, mop, wash floors
Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Attend to customer’s requests for extra supplies
Make beds, change linens, and vacuum floors.
Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
Pick up debris and empty trash containers
Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
Report any technical issues or maintenance needs.
Report and store lost and found items
Maintain the general cleanliness of the hotel and guestrooms
May provide basic information on facilities
May handle complaints.Additional information
