Position Info:

·         Position: Office Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $28.85~$31.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

·         Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

·         Review and assess newly implemented administrative procedures

·         Establish work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and meeting deadlines

·         Gather information and prepare periodic reports, manuals and correspondence

·         Provide initial onsite training

·         Delegate work to office support staff

·         Perform administrative activities such as monitoring mailboxes and responding to all general inquiries

 

Job requirements:

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Experience: 1~2 years of related experience are required

·         Language: English
