Responsibilities:
Tasks:
• Prepare and execute daily breakfast buffet service in accordance with established standards
• Prepare daily staff meals, ensuring quality, consistency, and appropriate portions
• Set up kitchen stations with all necessary ingredients, equipment, and supplies for service
• Prepare a variety of food items including meats, eggs, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and cold dishes
• Arrange sauces, garnishes, and accompaniments for assigned stations
• Ensure all food items are properly labelled, dated, covered, and stored in accordance with food safety standard
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Clean kitchen and work areas
