Position Info:

·         Position: Production Supervisor

·         Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $31.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·         Oversee, organize, and plan shift schedules for the production line staff to ensure smooth daily manufacturing operations

·         Ensure strict compliance with food safety guidelines to eliminate potential risks during the processing and packaging of our food products

·         Instruct new and existing team members on proper machinery operation, workplace safety protocols, and standard operating procedures

·         Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance overall line efficiency while maintaining the high quality of our products

·         Develop effective workflow strategies to meet daily production targets and collaborate closely with the warehousing and quality assurance departments

·         Draft and maintain accurate daily production logs, shift performance metrics, and operational reports for management review

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the food processing industry is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
