Overview

Care for 3 children  in employer’s home. Oversee children’s activities such as games, crafts and bringing the children to the park. Play with children.  Provide companionship and emotional support for the children. Take children to and from school. Bring the children to extra curricular activities. Help and supervise children with their homework. Bring children to all of their appointments.Help plan nutritious meals and snacks for the children. Cooking and housekeeping. Education:Canadian secondary school diploma. Experience: At least one year of experience working full-time as a child caregiver or six month caregiver training course or equivalent qualifications such as studies in nursing, education or midwife. Salary: $17.88 an hour for 40 hours a week. Terms of employment: Full-time and permanent position. Schedule: Flexible to start early in the morning or finish later: English or French speaking.
