Position Info:

·         Position: Home Child Care Provider

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $23.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 3405-6700 Dunblane Ave, Burnaby, BC V5H 0J3

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Supervise and provide daily care for children in the employer’s home

·         Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children

·         Assist children with bathing, dressing, feeding, and other daily routines

·         Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment for children

·         Plan and organize age appropriate activities, games, and outings for children

·         Support the emotional well being and social development of children

·         Guide children in personal hygiene, manners, and positive social behaviour

·         Keep records of children’s daily activities, routines, and health related information

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 1-2 years of related experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
