Overview

Position Info:

·         Position: Architectural Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $126,880-136,880/year (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 1200 Lougheed Hwy, Coquitlam, BC V3K 6S4

Job Duties:

·         Manage project budgets, costs, and financial planning

·         Oversee construction progress to verify work matches the plans

·         Advise clients on design options, contracts, and project needs

·         Create and track project timelines to meet deadlines

·         Ensure all designs follow local building codes and safety regulations

·         Establish company workflows, policies, and operational standards

·         Coordinate planning and design work with external engineering partners

·         Supervise the collection of data and preparation of project reports

·         Review drawings to approve layout changes and correct mistakes

·         Lead the architectural team by hiring, training, and assigning tasks

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 5 or more years of experience as well as supervisory experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
