Position Info:

·         Position: Café Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 5078 Joyce St, Vancouver, BC V5R 4G6

Job Duties:

·         Lead daily shifts to ensure fast service and drink consistency

·         Monitor daily sales and staff hours to stay on budget

·         Train staff how to use equipment and follow shop recipes

·         Purchase all beans, milk, and food to maintain stock levels

·         Clean and organize the shop to meet health code standards

·         Inspect espresso machines and grinders to keep them running smoothly

·         Handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure repeat visits

·         Update menus and signage for new drinks or promotions

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Experience: 3-5 years of experience in food preparation or service, including supervisory experience, is required
