Overview

An elderly woman living alone in Montréal is looking for a live-in caregiver to provide assistance and support with her daily routine, including assistance with taking medication, accompaniment to activities, preparation of nutritious meals, housekeeping and other domestic tasks. Permanent and full-time employment. 40 hours per week, 5 days per week. Hours from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. If the schedule changes, one week’s notice will be provided. Salary: $19.27/hour. Two days off: Saturday and Sunday. Option to stay with the employer at no additional cost. Languages: French or English.

*Educational level required:

General High school diploma – Completed

*Experience related to employment:

1-2 Years of experience with an elderly person or equivalent experience, either through work or studies as a teacher, nurse, midwife, or psychologist is required.

*Other conditions:

Punctuality, reliability, judgment, sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, experience with an elderly person.
