Overview

We are currently recruiting to fill one (1) fast food assistant Manager position at our fast-food Restaurant Saint-Hubert.

As a member of our restaurant team located at 7850 Boulevard Cousineau, Saint-Hubert, Québec, J3Z 1H2, Canada, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper operation of the restaurant and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

•            Managing the service and operations of the restaurant during your shift;

•            Determining and implementing operating procedures;

•            Participating in the hiring of staff and ensuring their proper training;

•            Monitoring work schedules, staff performance, inventory, stocks and receipts;

•            Evaluating operating methods and pricing;

•            Following up on customer complaints and claims;

•            Negotiating with suppliers and customers;

•            Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Work Conditions:

This is a full-time position, requiring 30 hours of work per week, with an hourly wage of $36.00.

The work schedule may vary according to the operational needs of the restaurant. Flexibility regarding working hours, evenings and weekends may therefore be required.

Requirements:

•            Proficiency in French or English;

•            A high school diploma is usually required;

•            A minimum of one year of experience in fast food or two years of experience in the food service industry, including supervisory experience.
