Kinton Ramen is seeking a Cook for their Victoria location.

 

Permanent, Full-time; (30-40 hours per week), $22.00/hour. Bonus is available based on sales performance.

Standard 6-8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 11:00am and 9:00pm as required.

 

Duties:

·      Cook everything on the menu;

·      Prepare Ramen ingredients and other Japanese food;

·      Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness and supervising all food preparation;

·      Give training to new cooking and kitchen staff on matters of hygiene, Japanese ramen techniques, and other matters.

 

Qualifications:

·      Secondary school completion is required;

·      Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a commercial cook;

·      Previous experience with Japanese ramen cuisine is an asset;

·      English language ability is required;

·      Japanese language ability is an asset.
