Position Info:

·         Position: Architectural Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $50.00-$52.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 1545 W 75th Ave, Vancouver, BC V6P 6Z7

Job Duties:

·         Oversee daily operations and staff activities to maintain project efficiency and quality standards

·         Direct recruitment, training and performance management of architectural staff

·         Develop and monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial targets are met

·         Negotiate and oversee contracts and project specifications with clients

·         Guide construction activities to confirm adherence to approved building codes and specifications

·         Evaluate project plans and design proposals, recommending modifications as needed

·         Communicate architectural findings and recommendations to clients

·         Formulate and enforce operational policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture is required

·         Experience: 3-5 years of architectural experience with significant supervisory oversight is required
