Position Info:

·         Position: Chef

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $30.16-$31.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·         Direct kitchen operations and streamline food preparation workflows for high-volume service

·         Prepare and cook full meals and signature specialty dishes with consistent precision

·         Develop menus while enforcing strict food quality, taste, and safety standards

·         Supervise staff to maintain high productivity and a collaborative environment

·         Train and mentor team members on cooking techniques, plate presentation, and hygiene

·         Support recruitment efforts by assisting in the hiring and onboarding of kitchen personnel

·         Oversee equipment procurement and coordinate routine maintenance to minimize downtime

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
