Position Info:

·         Wage: $38.50/hr

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service

·         Review daily restaurant operations and identify areas for improvement in service quality, staffing, and workflow

·         Prepare staff work schedules and coordinate shift coverage based on business needs and peak service hours

·         Supervise restaurant staff and provide guidance to ensure duties are performed properly and consistently

·         Train new and existing staff on restaurant procedures, customer service standards, and workplace policies

·         Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to maintain service standards and operational efficiency

·         Organize and maintain inventory of food, supplies, and other restaurant materials to support daily operations

·         Respond to customer complaints or concerns and resolve service issues in a professional and timely manner

Job Requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in food service industry is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
