Job Duties:

·         Oversee and manage routine salon operations to ensure smooth workflow

·         Organize daily work schedules and coordinate operational activities for the salon

·         Monitor salon expenditure, allocate budgets, and maintain optimal stock levels

·         Recruit, onboard, and provide leadership to salon staff

·         Assess daily performance and operational efficiency to improve service quality

·         Develop and enforce workplace standards, procedures, and operational guidelines for employees

·         Administer promotional agreements and oversee marketing initiatives to promote services

·         Resolve client inquiries, issues, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 3–5 years of supervisory experience in the beauty salon industry is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
