Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $38.50/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·         Direct and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow

·         Hire competent team members to meet staffing needs

·         Onboard and train employees on service standards, menu knowledge, and operational procedures

·         Create and manage weekly staff shifts to optimize labor costs and operational efficiency

·         Supervise team performance and provide ongoing guidance to maintain service quality

·         Review financial performance and operational costs to minimize waste and increase overall profit margins

·         Develop comprehensive budgets to calculate exact costs for food, beverage, and operational supplies

·         Adjust menu pricing and food preparation standards in response to budget constraints and ingredient costs

·         Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to secure quality food, beverage, and restaurant supplies

·         Track stock levels and oversee inventory control to minimize waste and supply shortages

·         Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and workplace health standards across all shifts

·         Resolve customer feedback and service issues promptly to ensure high guest satisfaction

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
