Position Info:

·         Position: Baker

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $18.50~$20.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 2

·         Work Location: 4801 49 Avenue, Elk Point, AB T0A 1A0

Job Duties:

·         Follow procedures to prepare pies, bread rolls, sweet goods, and batters for muffins according to standardized recipes or customized orders
·         Draw up production schedules and order list
·         Ensure products meet established quality standards
·         May train staff in preparation, baking, and handling of finished products
·         Request orders for baking equipment and supplies
·         Operate baking machinery
·         Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the baking station and work area

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2~3 years of commercial baking experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
