Overview
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant.
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for receptions.
· Other duties as required and directed by the Management.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management
· 2 to 3 years experience in the food service industry
· Has or willing to obtain:
o Serving it right
o Food Safe

· Ability to maintain professionalism through all interactions with customers and coworkers.

· Strong organizational skills.
· Willing to work overtime and weekends (with notice) as required.
