Work Location: 7542 144 Street, Surrey, BC V3W 5S6

24.50 to 25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 hours per week

Permanent employment, Full time, Starts as soon as possible

Education- No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience- 1 year to less than 2 years

On site

 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Asset languages – English is must (Hindi and Panjabi an asset)

Work site environment- Non-smoking

Work setting- Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment, Staff accommodation provided, Work in employer’s/client’s home, Willing to relocate, Employer’s home

Responsibilities-

Administer bedside and personal care, Administer medications, Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Provide companionship, Shop for food and household supplies, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties, Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents

Credentials –

CPR Certificate & First Aid Certificate

Experience and specialization –

Elderly

Kindergarten age (4 – 5 years)

School age (6 – 12 years)

Additional information –

Security and safety, Criminal record check, Reference required, Adult Abuse Registry check, Child Abuse Registry check, Driver’s validity licence check

Transportation/travel information – Valid driver’s licence

Work conditions and physical capabilities – Physically demanding, Repetitive tasks
