Salary: $34.63 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pattern Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and adjusting patterns according to model specifications and production requirements, while ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

Develop, adapt, and finalize patterns based on technical drawings and accurate measurements.
Make necessary adjustments to ensure proper fit and compliance with specifications.
Interpret sketches, plans, and technical sheets.
Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve technical issues.
Review and validate prototypes and samples.
Optimize patterns to maximize production efficiency.
Perform any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Education:
High School Diploma (DES) completed.

Relevant Experience:
5 to 7 years of experience as a pattern maker or in the field of fashion or styling, or equivalent experience (such as studies in fashion, fashion design, pattern making, or a related field), or the ability to be trained internally.
