REGIONAL RECYCLING is looking for the suitable individual for Bottle Depot Supervisor position for its Whistler, BC location. The details are as follows:

Work Location: Whistler, BC

Language: English

Work Hours: 35 hours per week

Wages: $30.77 CAD per hour

Duration of Job: Full time, Permanent

Main duties

•        Supervise, plan, delegate, and review the work of clerical staff involved in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and inventory management of materials, parts, and products.

•        Oversee purchasing transactions, coordinate production activities, dispatch crews, and schedule transportation routes and personnel.

•        Ensure compliance with safety, security, company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations; actively contribute to process and policy improvements.

•        Address operational issues and customer/staff complaints by implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement strategies.

•        Train team members on job functions and responsibilities.

•        Manage supply and material requisitions as needed.

•        Ensure the efficient operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, including arranging for repairs and maintenance.

•        Conduct performance evaluations for team members.

•        Perform other duties as required.

 

Employment requirements

•        Completion of post secondary school program is required.

•        2+ years of relevant work experience in relative field is required.
