Position Info:

·         Position: Administrative Officer

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $34.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 4401 53rd Ave, Chetwynd, BC V0C 1J0

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Oversee daily office administration, coordinating procedures to keep operations smooth

·         Evaluate existing processes and recommend new administrative systems to put into practice

·         Assign work to staff, and track progress to ensure timelines and policies are followed

·         Respond to guest and vendor inquiries, manage correspondence, and maintain records

·         Lead onboarding activities and provide initial training to new administrative and support staff

·         Contribute to budget planning while monitoring expenditures, inventory, and cost controls

Job Requirements:

·         Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in office administration is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
