Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Work Location: 1037 Granville St, Vancouver, BC V6Z 1L4

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and pub to ensure efficient service and smooth workflow

·         Evaluate daily operations and implement procedures to improve service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

·         Monitor revenues, labour costs, and operating expenses to support the restaurant’s profitability and budget control

·         Set staff work schedules and coordinate shift coverage based on business volume and operational needs

·         Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to ensure consistent service standards and compliance with company policies

·         Organize and maintain inventory of food, beverages, alcohol, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products

·         Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and provincial liquor legislation and regulations

·         Address customer complaints or concerns and provide professional customer service to maintain a positive dining and pub experience

Job Requirements:

·         Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in food service industry is required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
