Job Description:

 

·        Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff and cashiers

·        Oversee and organize monthly inventory reports to monitor stock levels

·        Develop and maintain employee work schedules to meet operational needs

·        Address and resolve work-related issues, ensuring a productive work environment

·        Manage merchandise orders to maintain appropriate stock levels

·        Authorize the return of merchandise in accordance with company policies

·        Oversee cash management, including daily reconciliation

 

Job Requirement:

–        Secondary school graduation required.

–        Min. 1-2 years of experience as retail salesperson/supervisor required.

 

Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent

Wage: $20.67 per hour

Benefit: 5.77% of salary as vacation pay
