Position Info:

·         Position: Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $34.62~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location: 4217 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC V5C 2J5

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Supervise kitchen workers

·         Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes

·         Manage kitchen operations with other cooks

·         Control inventory and keep records of food, supplies, and cooking utensils

·         Always keep kitchen and work area clean and sanitized

·         Plan menus and determine size of food portions

·         Involve in hiring and training new kitchen staff

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
