Overview

Position Info:

·         Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $34.62~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 34-1055 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC V6C 0C3

Job Duties:

·         Oversee and direct the sales team

·         Handle inventory and order products

·         Generate sales and merchandising reports

·         Delegate responsibilities and create employee work schedules

·         Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and other concerns

·         Assist in hiring, training, and assessing new sales team members

·         Ensure the store meets visual standards, including displays and cleanliness

·         May take on managerial duties such as key holding

·         May perform the same duties as workers supervised

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 1~2 years of retail sales experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
