Position Info:

·         Position: Area Manager

·         Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $45.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·         Oversee and coordinate retail store operations to ensure efficient business performance and consistent service standards

·         Develop operational plans and evaluate store performance to improve productivity and sales results

·         Supervise retail employees, delegate responsibilities, and ensure daily tasks are completed effectively

·         Analyze consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth

·         Make decisions regarding product selection, inventory requirements, and merchandise purchasing

·         Develop and execute promotional initiatives and marketing plans to increase customer engagement and sales

·         Prepare operational budgets, monitor sales revenue and expenditures, and implement cost-control measures

·         Assess staffing needs, participate in employee recruitment, and oversee staff training and development

·         Address customer concerns, operational challenges, and inventory-related issues to maintain service quality

·         Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide guidance to improve individual and team performance

Job Requirements:

·         Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the retail or wholesale industry is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
