Job Duties:

·       Handle raw cooking ingredients and make sushi

·       Train other staff to advance their cooking skills

·       Cook complete Japanese meals from restaurant menu

·       Carefully handle sharp sushi knives and use hot cooking oil

·       Ensure safe food handling procedures

 

Job Requirement:

–        Completion of secondary school required.

–        Min. 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience required.

 

Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent

Wage: $ 17.00 per hour

Benefit:  5.77% of salary as vacation pay
