Position Info:

·         Wage: $19.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·         Prepare, season, and cook a full range of menu items and individual dishes efficiently during peak hours

·         Accurately prepare specialized orders and accommodate dietary restrictions, food allergies, or special requirements

·         Track daily ingredient stock levels, keep inventory records updated, and report shortage needs promptly

·         Assist in ordering food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and necessary stock to maintain smooth kitchen operations

·         Follow daily cleaning practices by keeping prep stations tidy, washing equipment, and managing waste properly

·         Guide and train kitchen staff on food handling, station setup, and cooking procedures

·         Coordinate with kitchen staff during shifts to ensure smooth workflow and quality standards

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
