Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $34.62-$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: #115- 5508 Hollybridge Way, Richmond, BC V7C 0E2

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Establish the services to be offered and implement operational procedures

·         Plan, coordinate, manage, and evaluate the activities and operations of the restaurant

·         Recruit staff members and oversee staff training

·         Maintain inventory and monitory revenues

·         Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget

·         Address customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·         Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

·         Manage and set staff work schedules

·         Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

 

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
